Day 1 – Raipur
Arrival at Raipur. After breakfast leave for Gangrel Dam which is built across the Mahanadi River & it is the longest dam in Chhattisgarh. Post lunch leave to Chitrakote. Overnight stay at Chitrakote.
Day 2 – Chitrakote
After breakfast starting the tour with Chitrakote waterfalls which is also known as “Niagara falls of India”. It is the widest fall in India. On the left bank of the Chitakote Falls, a small Hindu shrine dedicated to the god Shiva. Also visiting the local villages around. Overnight stay at Chitrakote.
Day 3 – Kanger Ghati National park
By morning after breakfast leave for Kanger valley national park, is one of the most beautiful and densest National Parks, well known for its biodiversity with picturesque landscape, magnificent waterfalls. Kutumsar, Kailash & Dandak caves have very fine structures of dripstones i.e. stalactites and stalagmites. These structures have taken million of years to form. Also visiting Anthropological museum & local villages. Overnight stay at Chitrakote.
Day 4 – Barsur & Dantewada
Leaving for Barsur & Dantewara visiting local villages. Experiencing the lifestyle of the tribes around. Barsur, situated on the bank of river Indravati is famously known as the city of temples and ponds. Overnight stay at chitrakote.
Day 5 – Kondagaon & Narayanpur
Naraynpur is famous for its artifacts & handicrafts. In Kondagaon experiencing the Muria tribes & their Ghotul culture. Post lunch leave for Gangrel & overnight stay at Gangrel.
Day 6 – Raipur
In morning after breakfast leave for Raipur. Departure from Raipur.
