Whatever itinerary you prefer, we always have an option to suit your budget. Rates will be according to the number of participants per program. India City Walks reserves the right to increase the walking tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in currency fluctuations and fuel surcharges. Book now and be rest assured.

- All charges related to photography has to be paid directly at the administrative offices of the sites visited
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
A deposit of 100% of the total cost is required at the time of reservation. Final payment must be made at least 5 days prior to departure. If balance is not received, India City Walks reserves the right to regard the reservation as cancelled.
To offer you competitively-priced holidays, a service fees will apply for payment mode other than cheques or bank transfers.
In case of payment through credit/ debit card, a management fees (3% extra) – would be levied over and above the total amount.
Note:
All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction.
Bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
A cancellation must be received 10 days before the start of the trip in writing before it is considered effective. Each deposit includes a non-refundable administration fee.
* No refunds will be made for cancellations, no-shows, and unused portions of the program unless the space can be filled.

Irrespective of cancellations slabs – incase of cancellation of tour / travel services / walks after the booking is made with us – a minimum 20% service charges would be applicable.
OTHER CONDITIONS
India City Walks, arranges these tours on the condition that it shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, vessel or equipment or by Act of God or through the acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passengers or in carrying out arrangements of the tours or otherwise in connection herewith. India City Walks reserves the right to change prices, facilities or services described in the website. India City Walks accepts no responsibility for independent activities or actions arranged by the client while on tour.
We are unable to refund any unused services which are included in the tour price.
To offer you competitively-priced holidays, a service charge will apply for payment by Visa and MasterCard.
You can join group walk as per our calendar dates or request to arrange a one at any time. We need a minimum number of 4 participants to run these walks. The price of our group walks are per person. Our group walks are announced in advance on website, social media channels and they cannot be altered or customized by individual participants.
You can schedule a private walk any time that suits you and it charged on a flat fee. Our private walks can be customise before or even during the walk. Private walks are a flat fee. Even if there is only 1 person on the walk, the flat fee is the same.

JURISDICTION
This agreement and each T&C shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws, Principle and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be governed by the laws of India and courts in Delh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate on any issues under this Agreement.
